Barbara Bouchet

Barbara Bouchet is the author of Falling Into Blue, her debut novel, and The Enlightened Edge for Leaders: Ignite the Power of You, endorsed by Stephen Covey among others. An executive coach, organization consultant, and longtime psychotherapist, she has spent decades exploring how people make meaning, build resilience, and find more honest ways of living and relating—questions that shape her fiction as much as her leadership work. Her background in psychology and human development informs an enduring fascination with the inner worlds people construct in response to family, culture, and experience, themes that run through both her writing and her coaching practice.

Barbara is President of Contact Point Associates, where she works with executives, teams, and organizations—including Fortune 100 companies across technology, healthcare, finance, and consumer goods—on leadership development, communication, and the kind of difficult, necessary conversations that shape real change. She holds an MEd in Educational Psychology and a BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Washington, and is a Board Certified Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Barbara lives in Seattle with her husband, where they enjoy their family, grandchildren, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
